At PELLADOR IRELAND, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
